Garden flowers

Here's some new pictures which I've just finished. I love gardens with rusty old pots and watering cans and thought this one looked nice with a bunch of cutting in it. - I put a delphinium in there because my daughter Alie loves them!

A very happy snail...

Someone told me I haven't put enough seaside pictures on my blog - I actually do quite a few so here's one to make a start! Hope you like them! x

Valentine day workshop...

Just a short post to let you all know about a workshop me & Helena are doing at Writtle Village Hall next week - make your own unique placemats. - The workshop will take place on february 14th (valentine's day!) & starts at 7.30. Please leave a comment / e-mail me if you're interested. Be lovely to see you there!
This is a new design entitled 'Coffee in the kitchen.'

This picture was a commission for someone & I must admit, I can't help but like the cute friendliness of the little critter!

Delilah and the rabbit...

Happy New year! To start the year off I have been doing this picture for my new grand daughter, Delilah. I've got lots of pictures on the go at the moment & have been greatly inspired by watching the Nutcracker over christmas & started thinking about other story book characters too - more pictures to follow soon!
I'm also very excited to be having my cards in the Wonderful Make, Do & Mend shop in Chelmsford.

Merry Christmas!

Merry Christmas everyone! I've been really busy at fairs etc & now am looking forward to doing some new designs that have been in my head for ages! This is a design I've just finished called 'winter bouquet' which was inspired by my daughter Alie - who is training to be a florist. She suggested that I just did a spray of winter blooms & I'm really pleased with how its turned out.

I love this photo which was taken when I was about 2 years old. I'm the one with the dark curly hair. If you look hard you can see the 1950s Eames print on the curtains & the EAT ME dates in the bowl!

Am very much looking forward to spending this christmas with our lovely new granddaughter Delilah!
Have a joyful & peaceful christmas, love Sharon x

Christmas is coming...

I've been busy doing christmas designs lately - here are a few for you to look at! The red dove picture was inspired by a previous picture I had done which has now been bought by Woodmansterne cards. They've also bought my picture of Diesel the dog - I'm thrilled about this as Woodmansterne are my favourite card company! - These will be for christmas 2012.

This is Georgina's other dog - Roxy, having a jolly sleigh ride.

... the most wonderful time of the year!
